Make Breakfast a Priority

I'm sure that we have all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day but do you really know why?  Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day and here is why.  That first meal is a catalyst to getting your metabolism ready to burn calories all day long. Cut out the Salt!
